Wanda Jackson feat. Jack White Cover Bob Dylan's 'Thunder On The Mountain'

Jack White is without a doubt one of the coolest guys in the music industry, and just to prove this further here he is reviving Rock'n'Roll Hall of Famer and legend, Wanda Jackson. Your parents might remember doing the twist to classics like 'Let's Have A Party' and 'Honey Bop'.
She's got this raspy "hard-headed woman" (another one of her hits) voice that gave rockabilly a bad-boy, rough feel.

With her asthetic and his tastes it's no wonder that they make such a great pair.

Mens Wear -Timeless Pieces

This is a great spring look for men. Blue collared shirts with yellow sweaters were made to be together, especially for the blonde/strawberry blonde, fair fellows. This look also looks great on taller guys. Cottage wear has been so popular these days, and for a good reason. Its looks great! And for all shapes and sizes. I forget where this image came from but this pull over is perfect for any guy any season.

Truely Iconic

This is a great little video. Enjoy!

Technicolor

Missoni SS 2011

Reminiscent of Joseph's coat, but only in the best way. Finally we can all strut our stuff in our own Technicolor Dreamcoat and look stunning doing it!

Spring 2011 Fashion

-Whites and off whites
-Simple but intriging cuts from Calvin Klein
-Fresh neutrals with hints of glam Western from Ralph Lauren
-Strong prints

My Favorite Reality Star.

Blah, blah, blah Reality TV blah....BUT...She's pretty legit and good little entreprenuer.

The Strokes New Album - Angles

I cannot wait for this album to come out! It has been almost 5 years and I miss their sound. From the first moment I heard The Strokes I knew they where huge and maybe even ahead of their time.

I think way back to Last Night and its a real classic... but in reality their whole first album is brilliant. When I first bought it was in my walkman (yes walkman!) 24/7. I would listen to Is This It inside and out, breaking a part each song in my head: just bass, just lead guitar, just rhythm guitar, just drums, and of course just vocals. The sounds they produced in my mind were the perfect equation. Ever since then I've been on their side.

Like a trusting child, I want to hold their hand and be pulled, gamboling through their new album.

Julian said somewhere that this new album might sound like a "mixture of 70s rock and music from the future" but I would say that this is exactly what they've been doing all along. It's always been beyond the cutting edge and beyond hip.
Stoked.
